Returning Product in Sellable Condition - Within 60 Days of the product being shipped. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse.
We accept returns on any product that remain in sellable condition for a 60 day period regardless of the reason for the return. Please note that the cost of shipping the product back is the customer´s responsibility. Sellable condition means that the product have NOT been worn outside the house, or for longer than 5 minutes (long enough to test the fit). Also, sellable condition also means that the shoe box must be in good shape.
You do not need to get our permission to return a product although sending us an email at email@example.com letting us know you are sending in a return will help to ensure the product does not get lost. To return an item, package the product in such as way that the shoe box is not going to get bent, place inside the box a copy of your order confirmation or a piece of paper with your Name and order number. Returning Defective Product - Anytime within the Manufacturer´s Warranty Period.
All of the product we sell carry a warranty against defect from the manufacturer, and all of our manufacturers are very good about replacing product that is defective. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org noting the product is defective and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to allow you to ship the product back to us at no cost to you. We can either send a replacement product immediately or provide a full refund.
Exchanging Shoes - Exchanges are processed the same as returns.
